Fall back into Fitness with a New 30-Day ROW Challenge!

Ever asked yourself "How many meters can I row in 30 days?"
Well, now's your chance to get the answer!

Get ready, Crew! Your Fall Fitness Challenge starts September 23, 2016! After one fun summer, join us as we fall back into fitness with a 30-Day Meters Challenge! Happy Fall, y'all!

To get started, all you need to do is:
1. Sign up for class
2. Row, baby, row!
3. Record your meters after every class


Make sure your meters are counted by signing up with your FIRST and LAST NAME on the TRACKING CLIPBOARD found on the studio windowsill.

*Only meters rowed during a SIGNATURE CLASS are eligible for this challenge.*

Your reward? A healthier, leaner, stronger you AND some sweet NEW weRow swag will be awarded to the Guy and Gal who racks up the most meters in just 30 days - there's no time to waste! IT'S GO TIME!

The "Fall Back Into Fitness 30-Day Challenge" will run September 23 through October 23, 2016. Participants must sign-up on the Tracking Clipboard and log total meters after each Signature Class in order to be eligible for the grand prize. Only meters rowed during a Signature Class can be logged. Meters rowed during a Shockwave, zenFlow, or Sculpt class are ineligible for this challenge.

Our address is 34 13th Avenue NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413. Suite 110. We have a separate entrance located on the South corner of the Historical Keg House Arts Building. Just park, walk to the right and around the corner of the main entrance. Onsite & off-street parking is free.
