Only the best rowing machines for our clients! Deemed as the world’s most authentic rowing machines, these WaterRowerGX Indo-Row Rowers were designed for and used by world champion rowers! Unlike the Concept2 rowing machines, the WaterRowerGX Rower uses water as a resistance mechanism. That’s right, our rowing machines use water to replicate the authentic resistance of a boat gliding across water while creating a soothing wave-like sound. Plus, when rowing against the resistance of water, you don’t have to crank up resistance as you do with air row machines. Since you are pulling actual water with every stroke, resistance is self-regulating.
Just like rowing on water, resistance increases as your speed and intensity increases. And if that wasn’t enough… The Indo-Row monitor enables you to keep track of your progress by displaying time, distance, stroke rate, speed/intensity and total calories.
Rowing is an ideal exercise for any age, weight or ability because resistance is self-regulating. You can row in sync with your team, but push your own intensity and pace. Every unique intensity will create a full-body workout complete with cardio, strength and endurance training; all without straining your joints.
You will break a sweat so drink up! Be sure to have water before, during, and after rowing. Bring your own water, or use our filtered water fountain to fill up your water bottle.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear your sneakers and fitted, comfortable workout clothes. Baggy clothes are out! Getting your shirt caught on the rower isn’t a good look.
We understand that your rowing teammate might be your buddy, but talking during class is a major distraction. Out of respect for your rowing coach and fellow teammates, save the latest gossip for after class. We do encourage fist pumping and yelling, “Good work. You got this!”

With two parking lots, there’s plenty of FREE onsite & off-street parking available.
NEW TO weRow
New to rowing? Don’t worry about it! We will teach you the fundamentals of the rowing stroke before class. You will be ready to wreck your workout!
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before class and on your rower by class start time. We will teach proper rowing form in the first 5 minutes. If it is your first time with us, let the front desk know you’re a newbie. It is crucial that our first-timers receive this instruction before taking class.
We want to see your smiling face. Please check in every time you attend a class.
Minors: If you are under 18, your parent or guardian will need to sign a New Client Waiver Form in person.
weRow is a total-body workout, and like any new fitness routine, please consult with your doctor before you begin indoor rowing or any new exercise program. Also be sure to let your rowing coach know if you are pregnant, new to exercising, or know of any aliments or injuries before you row. Your rowing coach and teammates will motivate you to push yourself, but please listen to your body. Work at a pace that is comfortable to you, and most importantly, have fun!
